Here, we develop policy recommendations that are both conventional and unconventional; grounded in research, yet open to new ways of thinking. Our approach brings together insights from academics and practitioners, including diplomats, ensuring a balance between theory and real-world experience. We place strong emphasis on bottom-up policymaking, drawing from grassroots realities to shape solutions that are practical, inclusive, and context-sensitive.
